Mission Statement:
The Conroe Diving Club (CDC) will be a place where
athletes, with the support of coaches, will foster an environment
that builds character, improves skills to accomplish success at all
levels, while maintaining a high level of personal and social responsibility.
'Learn To Dive' Program. Lessons are a great place for beginners
to start and to be considered as a future team member. Lessons
are open to divers of any age and "skill level"
As a Team Member of the Conroe Diving Club, divers receive exceptional,
nationally recognized coaching and learn discipline and sportsmanship
that will be valuable to them throughout their lives. We are looking
for new team members of all ages (5-15) and all skill levels. Depending
on the divers age and skill level, they will receive a training
program tailored to the weekly practice schedule that is right
for them.
Competition. All qualified Conroe Diving Club team members will
compete in meets held throughout the Gulf Coast Region. As divers
progress, they will be invited to attend other competitions throughout
the south and west and on the National level. The team attends
about one meet every one-to-two months.
Our Website, ConroeDivingClub.com, is designed to help parents
and divers understand what our diving program is all about and
it contains everything you need to know about the team: news, program
descriptions, practice and meet schedules, rules and regulations
and lots of useful articles. We will update it regularly with schedule
changes, meet entry information, results, team photos and articles
of interest.
